📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
During peak sales events or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45

  • Orders under $45 are charged a flat shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Shipping costs are based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

🌍 Shipping Destinations

Currently, CG Car Care Deals ships within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

CG Car Care Deals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

🛑 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
